Providing healthy meals, and store-cupboard essentials to individuals and families in times of need.
Medical Assistance
Providing financial assistance for out-of-pocket costs of essential prescription medication and treatment, and medic-aid buttons
Medical Transport and Accomodation
Helping to cover the costs associates with travelling for medical treatment, including transport and accommodation.
Emergency Assistance and Relief
Providing financial and practical support and aid to those facing unexpected times of crisis, and helping people recover from emergencies and disasters.
Laundromat
A community laundromat, offering affordable washing and drying for people living and working in Hudson’s Hope and the surrounding region.

No-one understands the needs in our community like those who live here. Our society is led by passionate people who call Hudson’s Hope their home, operated by volunteers from inside our district, and exists thanks to the generosity of our community.

Operating for more than three decades, Friends of Hudson’s Hope have an established and proven history in our community, ensuring that we are perfectly placed to respond quickly, and efficiently to the specific needs of our community as they arise.

Small northern town living is a unique privilege. We love our community, and think it’s the best there is. But it also presents unique challenges, and Friends of Hudson’s Hope exists to ensure that our community rises to those challenges, and people can make their homes here for generations to come.

The Friends of Hudson’s Hope is run by volunteers, and exists thanks to the generous donations of individuals, grants, and corporate sponsors.
