We believe Hudson’s Hope is just about the best little town in BC. Our small, tight knit, community represents everything great about living in the north.

The friends of Hudson’s Hope exists to ensure the people of our community are able to continue to call Hudson’s Hope their home, throughout every phase of their life, and help those in need whenever these needs may arise.

Our organization operates a thrift store, community laundromat, food bank, Christmas hamper program, financially supports residents for medical travel & treatment, offer support for addiction & disabilities, and emergency relief support.

The programs that we offer to our community are funded by grants, private & corporate donations, and fundraising efforts. Likewise, all profits from our Thrift Store & Laundromat are plowed back into our organization.

Our little community is doing well, but there is always more we can do. We all take pride in helping out those who need a little help. We work with other organizations in our district, as well as beyond, to bring much needed support to our district. In our small communities it is important that all organizations can work together to support all residents. Our community does this well.
